2025 SALON AT THE TRITON: 2D ART COMPETITION & EXHIBITION
A CALL TO CALIFORNIA ARTISTS!
Entry Deadline: March 21, 2025
Whether you're creating art every day, a bit rusty but getting back into it, or a new artist to the scene, we want you to show off your work.
Every year, the Triton Museum of Art hosts this competition with the purpose of giving California artists the space to exhibit their work, celebrate their efforts, and - especially for newer emerging artists - the opportunity to have their work seen by more members of the community. Open to all artists in California.

Of course, we also love a little friendly competition. This is a place award competition. The grand prize winner of the competition, The Best in Show, will be awarded a solo exhibition in one of the Triton Museum's galleries the following year. Entries will be accepted in the following categories: Painting, Drawing, Printmaking, Photography, and Mixed Media*
*(see Instructions for Mixed Media eligibility).

The links above provide full information as well as important deadline dates. Please read all eligibility requirements carefully. Keep your calendars marked and stay updated through this website as well as our social media pages.
